Pure Love and Aphrodisiac Hot Chocolate
Feb.14, 2012
Happy Valentines Day everyone! Last night I had a dream about love. I don’t recall all the scenes, but I do remember as I was waking up a male voice spoke to me and summed up what my dream meant. “In order to receive pure love you must give pure love.” In other words, if I give love which is tainted with selfish motives and desires, that is the only kind of love I can receive in return. An image of my 15 month old son came to mind, demonstrating the pure love he gives and the innocent wide eyed, non-judgmental way he lives. This was a perfect reminder for me on Valentines Day morning that Pure Love is the essence of who we are, if we become like little children again. As it says in the Bible, Pure Love “suffereth long, and is kind; envieth not; vaunteth not itself, is not puffed up; Doth not behave itself unseemly, seeketh not her own, is not easily provoked, thinketh no evil; Rejoiceth not in iniquity, but rejoiceth in the truth; Beareth all things, believeth all things, hopeth all things, endureth all things. Pure Love never faileth.” (1 Corinthians 13:4–8) That just about describes my son, except for maybe the patient part

My lover and I in 2009. This is one of the more recent photos of us together because…

We have been using our camera to take pictures of this little cutie! (Me wearing 11 month old David at the Farmer’s Market)

Can a woman love more than one man? I am living proof that she can! (Bryan wearing 15 month old David as we take a walk on our land)
In honor of Valentines Day I decided to share my favorite Aphrodisiac Hot Chocolate drink with you. Can you believe I used to be one of those girls who didn’t like chocolate? When I did eat it I would prefer milk chocolate over dark chocolate because it had less chocolaty flavor. That is, until I tried RAW chocolate! My body could tell the difference and I would eat straight cacao beans with pleasure. It doesn’t get any darker than that! After being introduced to raw chocolate I basically lived off of it for two years! After that my chocolate nutrition quota was filled. Now I only have raw chocolate on special occasions… holidays, birthdays, raw parties, and times when I require an extra emotional or mental boost. Eating raw chocolate is also a great way to get me in the mood… for fun! (what did you think?) This is why my man gives me Sacred Heart Chocolates, the best raw chocolate bars I’ve had, for all special occasions, like today! He knows he will be rewarded with a huge smile and a kiss! This morning I woke up to a box of raw chocolates and a love poem he had written for me! He is the sweetest!

Anyway, back to the Aphrodisiac Hot Chocolate Recipe. It contains 15 sexy ingredients…
1. Burdock ~ A largely ignored aphrodisiac. Burdock root deeply strengthens the kidneys and reproductive organs. It also purifies the blood and liver. This is one of my favorite daily herbs. It’s great for both men and women.
2. Ashwagandha ~ In Ayurveda ashwagandha is used to treat infertility in men. It is shown to improve the quality of semen. It is also a powerful adaptogen, regulating bodily functions, and restoring overall vitality, endurance, and strength. Ashwagandha helps calm anxiety and relieve stress. In some people this is all it takes to improve sexual desire.
3. Shatavari ~ Considered the most important herb for women in ayurvedic medicine. It increases milk production, boosts female sex drive and is an excellent overall tonic for a woman’s body. Shataviari is to women what ashwagandha is to men.
4. Rhodiola ~ Increases physical and mental performance. It opens the lungs and helps one breathe deeply.
5. Cinnamon ~ Its intoxicating smell has a long been regarded as an aphrodisiac. In the book of Proverbs, cinnamon, together with myrrh and aloe, was used to “perfume the lovers’ bed”. Sounds good to me!
6. Ginger ~ Great aphrodisiac because of it’s ability to increase circulation in our bodies.
7. Rose ~ A common symbol of love and romance. It is also my favorite flower
8. Jasmine ~ One of the most significant sensual aphrodisiac scents used in perfumes and incense.
9. Vanilla bean ~ A well known aphrodisiac with a delicious, calming, and exotic smell.
10. Yohimbe ~ Widely used in Central Africa for sexual potency. It increases blood flow to the genital area. Be careful! A little goes a long way!
11. Almonds ~ Poets and scribes have regarded almonds as a fertility symbol with the power to arouse passion in females.
12. Maca ~ A common aphrodisiac and stamina builder in Peru.
13. Cacao ~ The star of our show today and one of the most well-known aphrodisiacs. Cacao contains phenylethylamine and serotonin, two chemicals produced in the body when feeling joyful, loving, and passionate. It is also high in minerals, including magnesium, calcium, iron, zinc, copper, potassium and manganese.
14. Reishi ~ A powerful Shen tonic, meaning it calms our minds and nervous system and brings up awareness of our feelings and spiritual self. Bringing spirituality into love making is vital for true fulfillment.
15. Honey ~ Honey is known as the nectar of Aphrodite. It is sticky, creamy, runny, and deliciously sweet! Supposedly, the word honeymoon came from ancient times when newlyweds would drink honey wine for the first 30 days after marriage.
Alright, are you excited yet!? Here it is…

Making the tea, which in and of itself is a fantastic recipe!

Create Your Own Space of Love
Aug.18, 2010
In order to explore and expand into higher realms of spirituality and consciousness, a person must have his basic survival needs met. Otherwise, one would remain in a “fight or flight” state, always searching for safety and stability before being able to move on. This is why Anastasia, in The Ringing Cedars of Russia series by Vladimir Megre, suggests every family create their own “Space of Love.” A Space of Love is a place which grounds you and takes care of your basic human needs. It is your sanctuary which feeds your body and soul and protects you from the outside world. Your body is fed through edible plants and trees that you plant with love. Your soul is fed through the beauty of nature and the love that you and your partner cultivate for each other and infuse into your domain. Love is ultimate nutrition for our souls!

This year was the first year for me to live in a home with a backyard since high school! Bryan and I took this opportunity to plant a garden. Our shared vision and goal strengthened our already beautiful relationship and our love for plants strengthened our bodies. You may be familiar with Cleve Backster’s polygraph experiments with plants, books such as “The Secret Life of Plants” by Peter Tompkins and Christopher Birdwhich, or books by Stephen Harrod which cite scientific studies and information that document how plants react to human thoughts and intentions with love or fear, and can change their chemical structure to help or harm specific humans. In these recent studies, it is discovered that plants react positively to people with pure and loving hearts and thoughts, and negatively to those with violent tendencies. It may be limited thinking to consider we, as humans, are the only intelligence on our planet. Everything God created has life!
If every family on earth took a few acres of land and grew their own food, many or even all of the health and agriculture problems of our society would be solved!! The space of beauty you create will support your children’s children for generations and create paradise on Earth. When everyone is surrounded by abundance, love, and safety, many acts of crime and violence will also dissipate.
Below I have recorded a video of our first gardening adventure. My sister Amy was so generous to allow us to experiment with her back yard (even allowing us to keep 2 beehives!). Now we are moving into a new home with 17 acres of land!! We look forward to creating another even more beautiful and perfect space to feed our bodies and souls and surround our new baby (due October 23) with love!
“Every Man must create around himself his own Space of Love, and offer it to his child” ~ Anastasia
Decree Your World
May.26, 2010
“Thou shalt also decree a thing, and it shall be established unto thee: and the light shall shine upon thy ways.” ~Job 22:28
Last week I was talking with Bryan about the oil spill happening in the Gulf of Mexico. By nature I am a “problem solver.” If I find something I don’t like, I either learn to embrace it or take steps to change it. In this case I could do neither and I started to feel a sense of frustration, helplessness and hopelessness. I asked him, “What can we do when these crazy things happen which we feel we have no control over or ability to correct?” He then reminded me of the most basic and true way to take control of our lives and heal our planet. He said, “We Can Decree!” This immediately brought my power back and inspired me to make this empowering video for you….
A decree is simply any statement, aligned with your heart and said out loud with athority, which affirms your desired state is here now. For example, if you choose to decree for the situation in the Gulf of Mexico you could say something like… “I decree purity and perfection and cleanliness in the Gulf of Mexico and all surrounding areas. I declare all life in this area is healthy and thriving. I demand all manifestations and actions which are not in the divine plan be dissolved into their native nothingness. And so it is! Amen!”
In order for a decree to work, you must have complete faith in the power of your words. “For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass; he shall have whatsoever he saith.” (Mark 11:23) It is relatively easy to decree for and change your personal life circumstances, however, when it comes to something global, it is important to unite with as many people as possible to pray, meditate, and decree for the best outcome. Even 1% of the population can dramatically shift our world circumstances. Check out whenonepercent.org to read studies done on the power meditation can have on reducing violence and war.
Prayer is another important piece, especially if you have strong faith in a higher power, a Heavenly Father and/or Mother who loves you and guides you. Just as when you were young you would turn to your parents for support, praying to your Heavenly Parents for strength, support, and the highest good for humanity is a very wise, comforting and healing practice. It teaches us two very important virtues…. Trust and Humility.
This fun decree below is very thorough and covers many different belief systems. I encourage you to embrace what you believe in and discard the rest or translate it into your own words. A lot of times you will find people use different words to describe the same thing. My point in putting this on my blog is to help you feel the power of a strong and focused decree… I hope you enjoy!

Symbol of our Times: My Ode to Avatar
Feb.25, 2010
The big hit movie Avatar, directed by James Cameron, has been interpreted in many different ways and has stimulated much controversy. The New York Times article, “Opening Pandora’s Box: The Arguments Over Avatar,” expounds upon the uproar Avatar has caused in gender, racial, environmental and religious sectors. Everyone has a different take on the meaning of this movie. I have seen avatar 3 times so far. The first time I went with my family. Each member of my family had a different opinion as well. My sister Amy, who is proactive and organized, said it was way too long. My sister Rachel, a fabulous artist, said it had amazing graphics. My brother-in law James, a good old country boy, said he was glad it had a few explosions for the guys. Bryan, my nonchalant husband, said it was a pretty good movie. And as for me, Avatar touched the deepest part of my soul. It was a spiritually symbolic story representing everything that has been going on inside me and on our planet for the last few years. I think my first words after the movie finished were “WOW! That was an orgasmic experience!!” Here is my own personal synopsis of Avatar…
The main Character, Jake Sully, is living in Hell but doesn’t know it. He is living in a place filled with guns, wars, and devoid of beauty and connection. His body is deformed and he is paralyzed (spinal chord injury). This is all he knows about life. Through technology and his imagination, he receives a new body (his Avatar) and discovers a whole new magical world (Pandora). Once he commits to learning the ways of the Na’vi (the native people) he is given a guide who teaches him to understand “the flow of energy… the spirit of animals… a network of energy that flows through all living things” In his old world, he was taught that you had to be on guard because “every living thing wants to kill you and eat your eyes for jujubes” Neytiri, his guide, shows him a different point of view. First he must let go of all his old programming. As the Na’vi say, “it is hard to fill a cup which is already full.” He starts to discover how easy and beautiful life can be. He revels in his new body, which allows him to run, jump, and feel the sand beneath his feet. This is not his real body however, day after day he must return to his “reality.” And each time he does it becomes a more and more bleak place to be.
Oh how I relate to Jake. I too feel I am living in two worlds… Heaven and Hell. On his video log his words express my feelings clearly… “days are starting to blur together… everything is backward now… like out there is the true world and in here is the dream…. I don’t even remember my old life… I don’t know who I am anymore.” I have felt this same confusion going back and forth through my own consciousness of “reality.” My first reality is in my imagination, where everything is pristine and we have activated our divine blueprint and potential. I feel glimpses of immense peace and connection which the logical brain could never understand. And then there is my other reality, the reality we live in, where children are starving and men are fighting and radioactive water and waste is being poured down the drain. Globally and individually I feel people are waking up to this insanity and getting a glimpse of how good it could and should be… just like our friend Jake.
In Jake’s new world he learns of the divinity in everything and everyone. The Na’vi have a saying “I see you,” which means so much more than just physically seeing someone. It means to see into and understand the soul of the person you see. I experienced this phenomenon with my dear husband when we were still dating. We were in a movie theater with a mutual friend. All of a sudden we both turned to face each other and saw into each other’s souls! It is difficult to put into words how beautiful this moment was. It was as if our eyes grew twice their size and I could see the love that Bryan is. I fell in love with him for real in that moment. There was a magical vortex of energy connecting us. It was one of the most cosmic moments in my life!!
In the end Jake’s people try to destroy everything he has grown to know and love for the sake of power and money. The odds seem imposible but Jake decides to fight with the Na’vi and for his right to live this beautiful way of life. He takes courage and says, “Sometimes your whole life boils down to one insane move.” He asks the help of Eywa (the Goddess of the Na’vi), and when all hope was lost and defeat seemed inevitable, Eywa stepped in and won the battle for them. Just like in our own personal struggles and battles, grace is always required. We need grace to change our bodies and our world from one of destruction and hate, to one of beauty and love. Finally, Jake was able to leave the technocratic world behind forever and step into his new body and his new earth!! This is what touched me most, and this is the hope that sprouted inside my soul which made me cry for an hour after watching Avatar. The realization that we can, through the grace of God, fully step in to our new earth, both globally and personally.
“And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away… God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away.” ~ Revelation 21:1 and 4

P.S. Please share your own thoughts and feelings on Avatar with me below. I look forward to hearing from you!
“To Thine Own Self Be True” ~ The Power of Journaling
Jan.23, 2010
Here is a video I recorded of an excellent spiritual practice I use to receive clarity and inspiration, and to increase my confidence and love for myself….
Now you definitely don’t have to keep as many different journals as I do. One main journal works really well for most people. I have been keeping a journal since I was a teenager. Well, even longer if you count the childhood journals I threw away:( This practice is a beautiful way for me to connect with my core, learn from my past, and track my daily progress. If you are wondering what you can write in your journal, I have made a list of what I believe are the most important aspects of your life to record….
1. Your Goals. Anthony Robbins, in his book Unlimited Power, records: “A study of the 1953 graduates of Yale University clearly demonstrates the power of goals. The graduates interviewed were asked if they had a clear, specific set of goals written down with a plan for achieving those goals. Only 3 percent had such written goals. Twenty years later, in 1973, the researchers went back and interviewed the surviving members of the 1953 graduating class. They discovered that the 3 percent with written specific goals were worth more in financial terms than the entire other 97 percent put together… The interviewers also discovered the less measurable or more subjective measures, such as level of happiness and joy that the graduates felt, also seemed to be superior in the 3 percent with written goals.” This clearly demonstrates the power of writing down your goals!!
2. Your Feelings. When you share your feelings with others, you paint a picture of who you are to them. Your essence is then filtered through their individual judgements and opinions which can color your own clarity. When you choose instead to write your feelings down, “good” or “bad”, you always have an unbiased listener and may feel truly “heard” for the first time in your life. In my opinion, this is one of the best therapies available.
3. Your Memories. Record all the good in your life… your travels, your brags, and the most precious moments you experience. This will turn out to be invaluable to you as the years pass.
4. Your Favorite Quotes and Inspirations. As I pointed out in my video, you retain 75-90% more when you write something down. By recording your insights and what you learn, you will create an amazing source of knowledge at your fingertips. I love to re-read my journals on my Birthday and get re-inspired by all the gems contained inside.
5. Your Gratitudes. Gratitude is a high vibrational state to be in. Recording what you are grateful for on a daily basis will keep you focused on how amazing your life is!!
6. Your Questions. How do you receive what you desire? Ask! Richard Bach wrote in Illusions, “Isn’t it strange how much we know if only we ask ourselves instead of somebody else?” By writing down your deep questions you are in effect asking your superconscious mind for the answer, and trust me, you will receive the answer. Be prepared!
Dancing with Your Pain Body
Jan.18, 2010
Today I am going to talk about one of my favorite subjects of all time… Alchemy. The practice of alchemy has been used for thousands of years by many ancient cultures. Physically, it is the process of turning lead into monoatomic gold; spiritually, it is a metaphor for turning our leaden human experience into spiritual gold. In my opinion, our “leaden human experience” is what Eckhart Tolle calls our Pain Body. It is the part of us that suffers. It is our pain, our anger, our fear, our depression, and our grief. Our pain body is a fragmented part of who we are; it is our dark shadow which has taken on a life of its own.
E.J Gold, Author of The Human Biological Machine as a Transformational Apparatus, writes, “Originally, the meaning of virtue was that the noble aims and aspirations of the essential self had reached down through the mental apparatus and rooted itself into the deepest part of the machine and that the aims and aspirations of the deepest darkest part of the machine had in fact become the same as those of the essential self.”
Before we can reclaim the energy of our pain body and transform it back into our light and life force, we must surrender to it. We must allow ourselves to fully experience and express our pain in a very present and conscious way. We must learn to celebrate our darkness. This may seem counter intuitive, yet, the more we avoid our pain and push it away, the larger our pain becomes and the more control it has over our life. Many people who are aware of this will try to just observe their pain consciously when it comes up, thinking this will transform it. The drawback to this theory is that they are not really embracing their emotions. They may be allowing them, but are they really saying YES to how they feel?

For those who have years of built up longing, suffering, sadness and despair, I suggest another technique. I suggest you dance for your longing; dance for your pain. Give your shadow expression by moving it into being… scream, rant, rave and roll around, allowing yourself to fully express your deep despair through your physical body. Allow your feelings to flow through you with every movement you make while playing music which expresses how you feel inside. Real change doesn’t happen in your head, real change happens through love and when we are rooted in our body. Dancing encompasses both of these things and will help you experience a true pain body release.
Music and dancing help you access your right brain. According to Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor author of My Stroke of Insight, “our right mind is spontaneous, carefree, and imaginative. It allows our artistic juices to flow free without inhibition or judgement. The present moment is a time when everything and everyone are connectd together as one. To the right mind, no time exists other than the present moment, and each moment is vibrant with sensation.” By embodying, through your dance, and accepting your feelings completely in the present moment, you will naturally transform. It is at this moment you will become an alchemist. You will see the divinity and perfection in all that you experience. Once your feelings are seen, loved, expressed, and acknowledged, they will melt back into you and shine through you as your light and life force. You will feel enthusiasm for your life again and peace in your body.
“Dance is your pulse, your heartbeat, your breathing. It’s the rhythm of your life. It’s the expression in time and movement, in happiness, joy, sadness and envy.” ~Jaques D’ambroise

Do You Have A Spiritual Foundation? Words of Wisdom from Prajnanananda
Oct.08, 2009

Last week I had the fortune of hearing Paramahamsa Prajnanananda speak here in Dallas, Texas. Prajnananada is the head Kriya yoga guru and I was very blessed to be initiated by him about a year ago. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Kriya, it was practiced by Yogananda, author of Autobiography of a Yogi and is a combination of meditation and yoga which focuses on becoming aware of the light, sound, and vibration inside of yourself while also circulating the breath through each of your chakras.
In his talk, Prajnananada compared each human being to a tree. A human, just like a tree, grows both inward and upward. The roots of a tree represent our inward growth, the part of us that is not seen by the outside world, and yet is the aspect which determines what the outside world sees. The roots hold the tree strong and steady.
According to Prajnananda, spiritual living is living a joyful life… smiling, sharing, and giving. The fruits and flowers on trees represent the physical manifestations of our life and what we give to others through radiating our love and joy. A tree gives of its fruits and flowers with no thought of “getting” anything in return. It already receives everything it requires through its roots. Similarly, we can give joy and love to everyone around us with no “strings attached” only if we have our own spiritual roots.
Prajnananada points out that a spiritual life is a life of discipline… by performing daily practices which take us out of the “material world” and into self discovery and a deeper connection with the Divine, we form the necessary peace of mind to face the storms in life with calmness and strength. In my opinion, creating a solid spiritual foundation is the most important thing we can focus on, everything else should come second. When we cultivate spiritual roots, we will be nourished by life and everything in our “outer” world will come together perfectly. We will feel love, understand truth, and see through the illusions which often times bind us. Remember, the deeper the roots of a tree, the stronger the tree and the more nutritious its fruit will be.

John Seeley, author of Get Unstuck, tells us that an excellent way to build trust between your Conscious and Subconscious mind is to do what is called an Absolute Daily Goal. This means you pick one activity, one habit, that you will do everyday, no matter what. This retrains your subconscious to agree with you. Many times people will say things they don’t mean and never follow through. According to Seeley, this teaches your subconscious mind to never follow through because you are never truly committed. Below I have made a list of my favorite spiritual practices which can be used as an “absolute daily goal”…
MY FAVORITE SPIRITUAL PRACTICES:
- Writing in my journal
- Thinking about and writing down all the things I am grateful for
- Daily mantras and affirmations
- Reading sacred scriptures and books
- Yoga and deep breathing (Kriya, Hatha, and Dahn yoga are my favorites)
- Attending spiritual seminars and/or church
- Daily meditation (Kriya and Holosync)
- Dancing, tantra, and sacred sexuality
- Doing a daily act of kindness
- Sound healing and Toning
- Breath work
- Mindful eating and gardening (connecting with mother earth)
My goal is to add one habit into my life each month. This month I am focusing on my yoga practice. I believe it’s important to ONLY add one new habit at a time… this breeds true and steady discipline. If you have any additional spiritual disciplines which you find helpful please post them below. Remember, a spiritual practice is any activity which brings us more conscious awareness while connecting us with the FLOW of Life!
P.S. Come join me in cultivating deep spiritual roots! Post your Absolute Daily Goal for this month below:)
Realizing The Power of Now – My Ode to Eckhart Tolle
Aug.26, 2009

Shortly after I remember feeling as if I was so close and yet so far from reaching enlightenment. I was so close to knowing what I needed to know to start living life, to start enjoying my life. I had read hundreds of books, attended several self-help seminars, workshops, and events. And yet I always felt an inner desire for more. No matter how amazing my previous experience was or how much I had learned, I still felt an internal deficiency. During this inner longing one of my friends recommended I read The Power of Now by Eckhart Tolle. I quickly delved into it, not knowing what journey lay ahead of me.
As soon as I finished reading I felt a distinct knowing that this was it. This is what I had been searching for all along and I no longer needed to search. All knowledge was already inside of me and I didn’t need books anymore. Sure I would read and learn and grow but the feeling of needing to get somewhere or not knowing enough fell away. I remember that night I cried out of gratitude for the peace that had returned to my soul.
Now 3 years later I am revisiting the sacred and profound teachings of Eckhart Tolle and re-realizing my inherit perfection and connection to source. So today I give my ode to Eckhart Tolle. I am grateful for his ability and willingness to share this message to the world. Below I have listed some of my favorite quotes from The Power of Now…
“Those who have not found their true wealth, which is the radiant joy of Being and the deep, unshakable peace that comes with it, are beggars, even if they have material wealth. They are looking outside for scraps of pleasure or fulfillment, for validation, security, or love, while they have a treasure within that not only includes all those things but is infinitely greater than anything the world can offer.”
“Intellectual agreement is just another belief and won’t make much difference to your life. To realize this truth, you need to live it. When every cell of your body is so present that it feels vibrant with life, and when you can feel that life every moment as the joy of Being, then it can be said that you are free of time.”
“All you really need to do is accept this moment fully. You are then at ease in the here and now and at ease with yourself.”
“Your outer journey may contain a million steps; your inner journey only has one: the step you are taking right now. As you become more deeply aware of this one step, you realize that it already contains within itself all the other steps as well as the destination. This one step then becomes transformed into an expression of perfection, an act of great beauty and quality. It will have taken you into Being, and the light of Being will shine through it. This is both the purpose and the fulfillment of your inner journey, the journey into yourself.”
If Eckhart Tolle has touched you too, I encourage you to add your own favorite The Power of Now quote below and give gratitude for the teachings Eckhart Tolle has brought to millions! I look forward to your comments:)

AWAKENING
Jul.11, 2009
Paradigm shift
Global lift
From what we were taught
From what we have bought
Dormant energy in our brain
Infinite wisdom will explain
Cells of purity procreate
DNA Activate!
From milk to meat
Our transition is strange
To taste new things
Watch our mind rearrange
Are we served to fight
For truth and right?
Or resist no evil
And love what’s in sight?
Is it right and wrong
Or is everything God?
Is it what we create?
This is the debate
Pleasure and pain
Is it just in our head?
Intensity shaped by
Decisions we fed?
Is experience the only way to tell?
Experiences vary and are different as well
Some see God,
Some see hate,
Same situation
Same fate
Life can be an adventure galore!
Because we are loved and provided for!
The ride of our time
A shift so sublime!
Miracle blossoming
Human to Divine!
Just BREATHE my love
Just TRUST my love
Our planets evolution in NOW
Just BREATHE my love
Just TRUST my love
Truth is unfolding and God knows how!!

Ojai, California – Breath of Love Facilitation Course
May.21, 2009
The first time I went to California was for this Breath of Love workshop. I finally know what the hype is all about. California has everything… Ocean, Mountains, Dessert, Fresh Grown Food and Perfect Weather! I fully enjoyed soaking up this beautiful environment while I was transforming through my breath…
Breath of Love is a type of Connected Rebirthing Breath. When you breathe in you breathe in as deep and full as possible… representing how much you are willing to take in from life. When you breathe out it is effortless and quick. You never force your exhale, you just let your breath go… representing how much you trust that you are taken care of by God and the Universe. You always keep your breath flowing and connected. This is the way babies, dogs and many other animals breathe. Breath of Love is one of the most powerful techniques I have come across for inner clarity, joy and transformation.
