For me personally, being a raw foodist and entrepreneur in the technocratic world requires much balancing. I take extra care to get enough sun, fresh air, sleep, and time outside. I also make sure to consume foods and drinks which really root me in my body, such as this one…
This drink is hearty and savory, filled with minerals and high quality protein. Another brilliant inspiration from my dear friend Brian Smith. The cayenne helps open your capillaries and allows your body to receive more nutrition. The Maca and Cordyceps are strengthening to your hormones (your primal energy). You can also add 2 Tbsp. or more of Hemp Seeds for the perfect balance of essential fatty acids.

Awesome tips here Rose,
I have a daily shake with cayenne, I’ll have to try the others as well.
Thanks for sharing your insights!

No wonder you look so divine! You drink maca and cayenne. The yogis say that maca is good for your root chakra. I take an herbal supplement that has suma, maca and muira puama. The maca is good for your endocrine system glands, so that means that it is a great anti-aging herb. You look like you are 16 years old!

Cordyceps is a fungus! You eat fungus? Just kidding. Mushrooms are fungi (plural of a fungus) and mushrooms are healthy for you.
Cordyceps was believed to be a cure-all herb, able to fortify all the body systems, providing anti-aging, immune boosting, and strength increasing effects. This mushroom was especially popular for its ability to improve male sexual function, working as an aphrodisiac. Its influence on the human organism was often compared to that of ginseng.
The anti-aging herbs are also aphrodisiacs since the sex organs are part of the endocrine system glands. The yogis call the sex glands the root chakra since it is at the very bottom of the glands.
The pineal gland is the highest gland and the yogis call it the 3rd eye. Please do not confuse this with the term “a 3rd leg.” That is a term for endowed men.

I love my shakes in the mornings. High protein to satisfy my appetite till lunch and keep my muscles healthy with aging.
And all of the other nutrients for good health, fibre and antioxidants.
Ever since I started a healthy nutricious shake a day I have never needed to see a doctor in over 7 years.
Thanks for sharing,
