I would like to personally thank my Green Star juicer for all the hard work she has done these last 10 days. Because of her I have dropped 7-8 pounds, my skin is more clear and radiant, and I feel clean, light, and happy!

Juice/Smoothie 1:
Mango
Carrot
Orange
Wheatgrass
Juice 2:
Beet
Apple
Kale
Lemon
Cucumber
Juice/Smoothie 3:
Peach
Cucumber
Orange
Date
Pinch salt
Teas:
Nettle
Transitional Foods:
Apple
Berries
A couple raw cookies and a
hunk of coconut almond bread
my friend brought me yesterday
(I know, not a very good transitional food, but I couldn’t resist
)
As you can see from the above menu, I already ended my feast this afternoon. I was ready. Now begins the 2-3 day transition back to my normal healthy eating. It is said that the way you come off a fast is just as important, if not more important, than the fast itself (not that I am the best example with those raw cookies
). Eating lightly helps our digestive system reboot efficiently. Tomorrow and the next day I will be drinking more juices, smoothies, and consuming lots of fresh fruits and avocados. After that I can add in more nuts, seeds, and egg yolks.
I am deeply grateful I chose to undertake this juice feast. I really feel this has been a mini reboot for me. My enthusiasm for life, food, and fun has been renewed! And I deeply appreciate you reading my blog posts and supporting me along the way.
You are amazing!

Will you please contact me?? I couldn’t find an email or facebook link to privately message you. I just found you in a google search for juicing while breastfeeding. Im also a health freak and have a website and blog and am about to receive certifications in holistic health, yada, yada, yada….but nothing really harps on the juicing topic pre/postnatal.
Was hoping I could pick your brain on the topic.
Thanks.
