Lemonade Fast Day 4

Today is day 4 of my Master Cleanse. I weighed myself at 122 lbs this morning! I am so happy because I had put on 5 pounds over the last several months and now I am back to my normal weight! Last night I had 2 very vivid dreams. In one of them I was about to be crowned queen but I didn’t have my shoes on so I had to delay it. I wonder what that means. In addition I was wearing socks with my heels:) Weird thing to wear when you are about to become queen.
I had some more negative emotions come up today, however, they were quickly moved through while doing my yoga practice and replaced with a feeling of pleasure and lightness throughout my entire body.
