Lemonade Fast Day 5

Today is day 5 of my Master Cleanse and I am getting so much accomplished! Without the distraction of food I have been able to finish many projects I have been putting off for a while! I feel so much lighter and free! Today is a really good day. I can tell I am moving a lot of stale/stuck energy within me and without me. I made an appointment for a colonic tomorrow. I haven’t had one in about 3 years and I feel now is the time for me to do another one:) We will see how it goes…
