Today is day 7 of my Master Cleanse. I am realizing how much I have eaten for emotional reasons in the past. Inspiration after inspiration is flowing to me! Questions I have had for a while are being answered! I am becoming clearer on how I am creating certain things in my life and I am allowing myself to forgive. What a beautiful gift this fast is for me!

Today I had the most amazing massage! I also did ear candling for the first time:) My body is desiring less computer time and more nature time. So now I am going to take a walk and do some yoga:)
