First, I felt I should do it a couple weeks ago. Then a facebook friend of mine asked my advice on her upcoming lemonade fast. And last night I read Jayson Shawver’s blog, who is doing the master cleanse. So today is day one of my Master Cleanse. I made mine with a few added ingredients for balance such as blue green algae, coconut oil, deer antler, etc. I feel more clarity already! It’s as if my brain just woke up!

Tonight Matt and Angela Monarch had an event here in Dallas and they had tons of yummy looking raw food for sale…torture! Here are my favorite points from tonight:

*Add seaweeds and a green drink into your daily diet

*Assist your body in detoxing through colonics and skin brushing

*Grow your own food and grow some sprouts!

*Only put on your skin what you would put in your mouth (the average American woman absorbs 5 pounds of toxins a year just through skin care!!!)
