I did another salt brine this morning. I feel very clean, clear, and alert!! I feel a deep sense of inner peace and relaxation . . . as if everything is perfect just as it is right now and I am on my perfect path:) Only good is coming my way. Tonight I listened to Day 2 of my Invincible Health Mastery class with Daniel Vitalis. I learned some very interesting information. We are covering all the alchemical elements . . . Earth, Water, Air, Fire . . . and how they apply to our health and well-being. I feel so much joy in my heart right now. No particular reason, just joy of being alive in our beautiful world! I also went to “Shakespeare in the Park” and watched Taming of the Shrew tonight. I have a few mixed feeling about this play. It seems as if the men had a bit of an ego-trip going on:)

Then we went on a beautiful scenic drive, played in the Tellico river, and took a hike near the majestic Bald River waterfall! I had my big glass of lemonade with me and several people asked me if it was moonshine:). I went to Applebees with my family and took my jug of lemonade in with me . . . I think it’s a little amusing to my family, and the waiters, when I take my own food into a restaurant:) (as an interesting side note, my sister told me my body odor smells like food. I have been told this before and have noticed it myself. Has any other raw foodist experienced this chemical change in their body?)

I feel so grateful for today! It was a refreshing time to reconnect with nature and renew my enthusiasm for life! Tomorrow I have a beautiful drive back to Dallas.

I woke up, did a salt brine, planted a few seeds, and made a list of what I desired to accomplish. I received a call around 11 am from my brother, who lives in New York, asking me if I would meet him in Knoxville Tennesee for some spontanious fun tomorrow! Well, me being the adventure lover that I am and figuring the universe had something better planed for me than what I had put on my list, said YES!! We packed quickly and hopped in the car with my big gallon of lemonade and have been driving all day (and night) long! I love road trips!

Last night I had a primal craving for chocolate and tomatoes. It was different from the emotional cravings I have had so far on my lemonade fast. It was a true bodily craving. So I had the tiniest amount of raw tomato soup and chocolate pie (mostly the filling, the crust was way too heavy). Immediately afterward I started my cycle. I probably required extra magnesium and iron which is in chocolate and some nutrient found in tomatoes. I am going to continue with my lemonade fast, however, this week I am going to be a little more flexible so I can honor my body during this sacred time of the month. I will do my lemonade, water, juice and only add a little food if my body has another primal craving for something.

I am realizing how much I have eaten for emotional reasons in the past. Inspiration after inspiration is flowing to me! Questions I have had for a while are being answered! I am becoming clearer on how I am creating certain things in my life and I am allowing myself to forgive. What a beautiful gift this fast is for me!

Today I had the most amazing massage! I also did ear candling for the first time:) My body is desiring less computer time and more nature time. So now I am going to take a walk and do some yoga:)

I had a colonic today for the first time in 3 years and was reminded of how powerful they really are. Afterward I decided to have a shot of wheatgrass and a cup of pure vegetable juice to alkalize my baby clean digestive tract. I also had some coconut water kefir (coconut water fermented for a day with lots of good probiotics) to repopulate the good bacteria in my colon. I am feeling these things will be an amazing addition to my lemonade fast because they will greatly assist me in alkalizing, balancing, and detoxing.

Without the distraction of food I have been able to finish many projects I have been putting off for a while! I feel so much lighter and free! Today is a really good day. I can tell I am moving a lot of stale/stuck energy within me and without me. I made an appointment for a colonic tomorrow. I haven’t had one in about 3 years and I feel now is the time for me to do another one:) We will see how it goes…

I weighed myself at 122 lbs this morning! I am so happy because I had put on 5 pounds over the last several months and now I am back to my normal weight! Last night I had 2 very vivid dreams. In one of them I was about to be crowned queen but I didn’t have my shoes on so I had to delay it. I wonder what that means. In addition I was wearing socks with my heels:) Weird thing to wear when you are about to become queen.

I had some more negative emotions come up today, however, they were quickly moved through while doing my yoga practice and replaced with a feeling of pleasure and lightness throughout my entire body.

Ok, I was craving all sorts of crazy cooked food this afternoon… I even thought about reverting back to a cooked food diet so I could eat lots and lots of fatty, refined food everyday. Luckily I was sane enough to know this is part of the cleansing process and decided to just breathe instead. My feelings of compulsion eventually passed along with some strange looking excrement. I believe they were related because afterward I felt lighter and more emotionally centered. I rested in bed for half of today to allow my body to cleanse. On Sundays I usually rest a lot and stay off the computer anyway. Being an online marketer, this is very rejuvenating for me… a way to unplug and renew my soul.

Tonight Bryan and I went on a late night walk and found 3 bats flying around an open field! It was so cute for me to watch Bryan chase the bats around with childlike fervor:)
