Lemonade Fast Day 2

Today is day two of my Master Cleanse. I did a salt brine this morning and felt a little queasy afterward. However, it did a great job of cleansing my colon! I had some emotional stuff come up today. Several things came to my attention which I had been emotionally avoiding for a while. As one of my mentors, Bob Stevens tells me, all I require to do when strong emotions come up is to “Breath, Touch, Stay, Feel, and Love.” This is the only way to truly move through them. I am actually grateful when I become conscious of my limiting patterns. As Christopher Howard says “When things get stirred up, get EXCITED! A problem well-stated is a problem half-solved.”
The original Master Cleanser Recipe consists of 3/4 cup juiced lemons, 3/4 cup maple syrup, 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper and 60 oz water. In my lemonade I put Lemons, limes, coconut oil, a couple tsp. ormus grown noni and blue green algae (for minerals), Lecithin (to emulsify fat), vanilla bean (vanilla enhances nutrient uptake), a pinch of salt and cayenne, and as little agave as possible to make it taste good. I am also drinking plain water to which I add a lot of MSM. MSM is one of the key minerals which help transport toxins out of the body.

Ok, so I have been strongly nudged by the universe to start a lemonade fast (created by Stanley Burroughs). First, I felt I should do it a couple weeks ago. Then a facebook friend of mine asked my advice on her upcoming lemonade fast. And last night I read Jayson Shawver’s blog, who is doing the master cleanse. So today is day one of my Master Cleanse. I made mine with a few added ingredients for balance such as blue green algae, coconut oil, deer antler, etc. I feel more clarity already! It’s as if my brain just woke up!
Tonight Matt and Angela Monarch had an event here in Dallas and they had tons of yummy looking raw food for sale…torture! Here are my favorite points from tonight:
*Add seaweeds and a green drink into your daily diet
*Assist your body in detoxing through colonics and skin brushing
*Grow your own food and grow some sprouts!
*Only put on your skin what you would put in your mouth (the average American woman absorbs 5 pounds of toxins a year just through skin care!!!)
