These are probably the most nutritious Thai Noodles you will ever put into your body:)

Kelp noodles are made from the clear substance you can find in between a piece of kelp when you peel it apart. I discovered this one evening while taking a luscious seaweed bath. So they are actually raw (I had my doubts at first too). Kelp noodles make it super easy for me to get my weekly seaweed nutrition (I like to consume seaweed about 3 times per week). The dressing is both creamy and spicy. It tastes even better if you leave it in the fridge for several hours and let the flavors meld.
