<p><strong>Step 1</strong>  Make a list of your top favorite foods and always keep some in your home</p>

<p><strong>Step 3</strong>   Stock as much raw living food, herbs, and superfoods in your home as possible (display it so you can see it:)</p>
<p><strong>Step 4</strong>  Educate yourself. Read books, listen to audios, and watch videos which inspire and educate you on raw food nutrition.  Inspiration is a huge factor in success.  Remember, what you think about you bring about, so keep your mind focused and learning from people who are thriving on a raw food diet.</p>
<p><strong>Step 5</strong>  Eat as much healthy raw food as you can while still eating your favorite foods! Remember, don&#8217;t cheat yourself, treat yourself!  </p>
<p><strong>Step 6</strong>  Watch your taste buds change and your body naturally choose what serves it best! </p>
